Coupled up to any MiG welder the Wearmaster supplies tungsten at a controlled rate into the weld pool at just the right moment, embedding tungsten into the weld. Creating an added layer of protection to areas subject to impact and abrasion.

HOW IT WORKS
The Process
Metered Tungsten Carbide particles are delivered to a molten weld pool at precisely the right moment prior to the puddle freezing.
Hardfacing Weld Deposit PS98
Hardfacing wire matrix with tungsten carbide. The result is a 90Rc. The Tungsten is embedded into the weld and does not sit on the top of the metal.
Recent production demands on parts and equipment have dictated a harder, more wear resistant solution.
Hardfacing with Tungsten Carbide offers 4 to 8 times better wear life than typical hardfacing alloys and can be deposited at 1/3 the cost of tungsten carbide hardfacing wires
